At FashStack, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.Return Window: You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and personal care products cannot be returned.
Process:
1. Contact our support team at support@fashstack.online with your order number.
2. We’ll send you return instructions and shipping details.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
